Conversations with God

Let's be real for a moment....When is the last time you had an actual conversation with God? Was when you were in trouble? When you were scared? When you were in your car? When you wanted something that you couldn't get on your own? Was just to say Thank you? You should conversate with him all day long. I must admit that I do have to work on this. I do talk to God through out the day but, sometimes hours go bye and I don't even know it. There is a thing called a breath prayer where you can just say "God, I know you are here." or "God, Thank you so much for who you are". I have to work on this as well. But, in order to form a GREAT relationship with our father we need to talk to him all day long. No matter what the situation. If you are about to have a discussion with someone talk to God first and he will help you find the right words. If you just want to thank him for the fact that you have food in your belly, electricity, health, a right mind. Do it without delay. God wants you to be happy and wants to hear your praise. Glorify him in all you do.

Divine Appointment

Dear God, thank you so much for this day which is the day that you have made. I will rejoice and be glad it. Thank you for putting breathe in my lungs and one more day on this earth. I pray today that you will set up a divine appointment so that I can teach someone about you. The way you love and of who you are because this life you have given me is not my own but yours Lord. Open the doors so, that I can do what you need me to do to further your kingdom. Thank you. Amen.

The Beginning

I'm starting this blog because I just want to share in the rightousness of GOD. I want a place where anybody no matter how much they know God or want to know God have a place to discuss all the miracles and blessings that God has put into your lives. I want to start by saying and proclaiming my love for God. He has brought me so far from where I was just in November of 2010. God has let me begin to develop a right relationship with him. What I mean by right is no drugs, no premarital sex, and working on the things that are stopping me from living up to his standards. I still have problems with cussing, eating too much, and discipling my children. But, God with his grace let's me know that I am a work in progress, even though I am rough around the edges...lol, that he is here next to me giving the strength and confidence that I need to break those habits. Now, be honest and let others know what you have been delivered from and what you need delivering from. God wants you to be a Living Testimony and not a dead one. Just Remember that You are more than a conquer.
